I have now made most of my samples into mini quilts. As I said in the earlier post this series is about loss of sane mind… inappropriate thought prosesses.
here are updated photos, they arent in the best lighting so I will re-update that once I have the series completed and the sunlight to take acceptable photos. Its really hard to see the quilting in these hopefully that will be more apparent in better lighting.

the next few photos are the reverse sides of these quilts in the same order

Oooh these look great! I am interested to see the quilting. . . now all I read is the dyeing work- which is very expressive. And I see how things are going to be. . . we say one mini quilt a week and you make 3. Okay, okay.
I miss you and your many talents!! These look beautiful! Im glad you are quilting with them, it really brings them together cohesively, like a narrative. Your placement choices enhance the composition and the freemotion quilting just rocks with the imagery. Cant wait to see you, I’ll be home in about 2 weeks!!
oh, and p.s…. can I get in on this mini-quilt thing you and Karin are doing?
this sounds like so much fun!
heck yes I really would love for you to join and I know Karin would be down too. I think that the more people are involved the more inspiring and fun the project will be. call me once you are settled back in!
OMG ASHLEIIIIIIIGH!!!!
